Good morning all. Car didn't cost too much yesterday. Saw several petrol stations in Croydon (Sainsbob's on Purley Way for example) with petrol at 125.9. Wish my tank had been nearly empty instead of full.

I've got one word to say... insurance :eek:
My buildings insurance has gone up 45% in one year. Just spoke to them but no budging. Comparison sites are coming up more expensive too.. poop, how disheartening : I've not claimed but there was a spate of burglaries last summer (there's a row of 6 houses and a farm house that got targetted by laptop and TV thieves a few times that i know of). And it looks like I'm paying for it.

I see it as a saving. Think they cost less to run than OH earns in an hour. So instead of wasting his time ironing he can be earning. We only iron work shirts in this house :-)

    I love your thinking

I'm here to shatter your illusion too DM :D OH does more ironing than me.. his shirts, the kids clothes and he even asks me if i want anything ironing. My friend's hubby does all of theirs - he watches the footy and spends an entire night ironing at the same time. woop woop for equality :rotfl:

Thats just because you are just plain kinky! BEHAVE!!

yep a good one. Also, some people say "should of/could of" :naughty:instead of "should have/could have"

I have large rice krispies on msm showing 3 for £9 OMG really!!

but frosties of the same size isn't showing in the £9 'offer'

we eat bran flakes and I am liking the look of this on msm - wonder what scans at instore? no multi on it. £2 at tosco. £8.64 vs £6.00. If on 3 for a fiver £3.24 back on a fiver spend.

    Kellogg's All-Bran Bran Flakes (750g)
    £2.88

  • I can't believe that £9 is considered an offer for 3 boxes of RC blows my mind. Thought it must be a typo lol but shows that on asda.com as well
