if you cancelled before the deadline the night before, they should automatically go back into account.
if it was a late cancellation you will most likely have to ring up to get them back. hth

Last week the people were losing vouchers when amending or cancelling orders and having to ring up to have them put back on. Not sure if this is still the case though.

the price has gone up in Sainsbury's that's why you got less.
the glitch is sada multi is still not seen that's why your shopping looks to be dearer, than it was.
Phew had a lucky escape there then as my belvitas were about £25, used about £15 apg and my shopping showed as about £10 to pay. But when I got there is was 0.48p lol. Dont know what would have happened if the amount to pay was less than that :o

Yep, that's right. Place your order and try not to amend/change to save messing around.

If i amend my online order before C&C/delivery, it goes back to the original total and doesn't show my e vouchers. So i don't do that anymore. But if that does happen to you, CS sort it out quick enough
They put the e vouchers back into your account, and they credit instantly (just in time for Wednesday (DDSFSB day:D) . as opposed to waiting for a Tuesday/Wed credit. :D

That was good for 48p:rotfl: If it happens again, just tell them you had lots of e vouchers to use up, that's why your "to pay" total is low. My C&C are lovely and non trouty:T

    recently or two years ago?

This was yesterday, i just tried googling for an image of the coupons and came across that thread, they sound like the same coupons, they were long and blue. The SA and the customer were both commenting on what a good saving they were.

    these are them
