Ok guys, so the results of my eight shops from earlier are all in and the results are..

70 shower gels for £2.80 or 4p each in old money.

Just make sure you stick to the flavours below. Conditions are still perfect and the glitch should work now if you go out and do it.;)

    2 x Original Source Shower Moisture Gel - Vanilla & Ra... £4.40 £2.20
    2 x Original Source Coconut Shower Gel (250ml) £4.40 £2.20
    2 x Original Source Shower Gel - Lime (250ml) £4.40 £2.20
    1 x Original Source Shower Gel - Lemon & Tea Tree (250... £2.20 £1.10
    1 x Original Source Shower Gel - Mint & Tea Tree (250m... £2.20 £1.10

Thanks so much. I have also tried seasonal edition, pink grapefruit not orange and cinnamon as shown on msm. When I scan it it shows the picture of orange and cinnamon one even though it is pink grapefruit, could be interesting.

I have also tried the orange and ginger. Will post when I have results. Thought I would risk it as still makes the bottles within my price range and might me useful for others. Would have tried lavender too but can't stand the smell!

Thanks to dee dee and you for finding these, you are both amazing.:T:T:T

So you buy in sets of 8 ?

OH dear, can I justify getting more shower gel but I do so love the colours ...

You can buy any even number as long as you don't get more than 10 of the same flavour. Depends how high you want your APG to be ;)

  • Shea SHOULD be good also, I'll confirm later ;)
    True, it should work.

My notes from earlier said that the following should work..

    Lime – Light green

    Coconut - White

Mint & Tea Tree – Dark green

Lemon & Tea Tree - Yellow

    Seasonal Edition – Orange

    Vanilla & Raspberry – White

Shea Butter & Honey – Peach

I got the five flavours I did because that was all that my store had. I think when I scanned the Orange one it said n/a so I would probably avoid that unless anyone else posts to the contrary.

Finish Quantum Lemon 40 from Sainsbury's. 50p each if any left on the shelf.

    IIRC the RRP is £12.

Was it marked up as 50p

shower gels all £1 in my SADA?

Think I would scan 2 and see what happens. In mine they are marked up as £2.20 each. No mention anywhere of them being 2 for £2.50. But took them to self scan and they were. If yours are marked up at £1 and scanning at £2.20 it could be profitable too?

:TCongratulations on the sale TS, hope you can chill now :j:T

    Thanks Deedee and SFSB :T

I messed up slightly and bought a few of the wrong ones, but the ones that do work should make up for it - I was convinced the lavender would be in it as I'm sure I've bought it from T before. Oops

Deedee, when you go in the morning are all the SELs updated? The shower gel was showing as £2.20 still and no indication it was on sale. I wonder whether my local doesn't put the sels on until Thursday
