I've sent her a message to amend her order - its annoying isn't it. I think she has done a 1st order via Quidco of at least £25 to get a nice chunk of cashback so she just has to find £4 of other stuff.
Mind you she is having the SH:/)-tiest week ever and Asda putting the soap powder price up could not have come at a worse time.
If she has used a first time customer e vouche, when she goes to checkout again when amending, tell her to make sure the e voucher has still been used. If not then don't check out again and refuse washing powder at delivery instead.N1LDA

Thank you - I've done that and its still showing at £2 on the site but it goes in the trolley at £5. I don't really see how Asda can justify that - surely its a bit like putting a lower price SEL and then charging more at the till ?ELITE 5:2

It's a glitch
it was obviously never meant to be £2. I know it's annoying for those that have orders due that the price has changed....but that's glitching for you. No point in getting mad, another glitch will be right behind it 0 -
