I'm going to treat myself to a proper haircut soon :D Been about 18 months for me too. I did have a couple of trims at the barbers to tidy up the back when I took the boys but it's almost long enough for a 'style' of some sort :j

seeing as everyone has been discussing haircuts is it bad to confess last time I went to the hairdresser was my wedding day:o:o
next year its my 25th anniversary.
I did dye it once, when I started getting some grey my sister convinced me to dye it, then she told me I had to keep doing it every few months:eek:
so i decided to embrace my grey streaks:rotfl:

With regards tyres, they vary drastically, not just in price.

If you need all four doing, you can normally find offers at National/kwikfit/Halfords etc. If you do go to one of these, be prepared for the old "we looked and you also need shock absorbers/brakes/fresh air replacing and we can do it a the same time" as you probably didnt, and they wont be the cheapest for it they are trying to hit sales targets.

You can shop around on the web, places like Black Circles + lots of other companies will com eto you to fit.

To save money, you can rotate your tyres, as your front ones (on a front wheel drive car) will wear fastest, so swap your front tyres with your rears and spread the wear (however, this means you need to buy tyres in sets of four, so costs more) .

Dont forget you probably have a spare wheel too. This may be a spacesaver, but could also be a full size wheel too. If it is a full size wheel, you can swap this tyre onto the car and use a worn (but still legal) tyre as your spare.

Most people avoid part worn tyres, which are part worn and you dont know the history, but each to their own.

Your probably best with a mid range tyre, but get your tyre size (this is on the tyes on your car, 155/65 R15 V, is an example of its layout) and search on line to see what deals you can find.

Blackcircles are owned by Tesco, so you get clubcard points.
And they are on topcashback too. Always cheapest for me to have the fitted price delivered to my local trusted garage by blackcircles. My garage cannot even supply the tyres cheaper than I get from blackcircles, and they would charge extra to fit too! So best price, fitting included, TCB and CC points.
I am not young enough to know everything.

not appearing on comparison .Bar code 502905303525.

There seems to be only 5 in the offer.Only one to give positive comparison as far as I can see is Ultra soft mansize tissues (50) which is £2.25 in tosco making 2 for £2.55.Hope I've worked this out right.

Thanks sal......wonder what winiary seasoning is.....feel I need to buy some:)

    My T's shop.
The price of the Pepsi max annoys me as I know it's £1 in A's! I was there before hand but didn't want to do a seperate shop for it!

Did 2 identical shops in A.
    2x pork chops
    Mccoys and hula hoops.

No more A shops for me this week unless there is a mega glitch.
But from Friday DP is working at his Crawley office and there is a HUGE A's across the road from him. So he can do my glitchy shopping for me :D

    T takes price from A.com

Is pepsi £1.98 on a.com but £1 instore and in T (on a multibuy) and M?

    That could be profitable

Thank you - but have people been getting this at £2 or is it more likely that they will try to charge more ?
Hi, I got some yesterday C&C and the price was £2. I actually prefer liquid, but couldn't resist this offer. When I look at A.com today though, the offer is no longer there for my shop. I think they may be selling out fast. I also ordered 2 x pork chops yesterday, but they had to sub. I got a big pack of pork shoulder steaks and 2 packs of the butchers choice pork steaks, and still got charged for and received the APG for what I actually ordered. Great value! And thanks for the tip about ordering 0.1kg of loose mushrooms. The packer couldn't be bothered, so gave me 250g pack of mushrooms for 27p. I do like this game!

I buy tyres from the wholesalers for my garage but blackcircles seems extremely cheap........sent my daughter to order from them and they came back with delivery charges of over £50 :eek:
It was cheaper from a different place as the delivery was only about £7.
