I should (all things being equal) clear my debts this year :) can't wait. I've never told my parents I had this credit card bill and buried my head in the sand for years about it, paying off the minimum most months but sometimes I missed payments. It's terrible because up until last year I constantly had work so could have paid off bigger chunks if I wanted to but new clothes or cocktails were more important.

Now the most important thing for me is being totally debt free and having a little nest egg to rely on if I have to. I don't know if I'll ever tell my parents what trouble I was in. It feels much better to be facing it head on though :)

And like you said dipdap, baby steps.

Good Luck on clearing your debts EMMAP :)

    Evening all.

Well done to Tweets on losing her 1p virginity. I've still to find something!

I didn't do Mother's Day as it's Mother's Day for me everyday. I have the bestest best Mum ever! She gets a present off me at least twice a month and I do what I can to help her out. Hope everyone else had a good Mother's Day.

Back to work in less than 15 hours. Eeeeeek.

Got a mahooosive surprise when we got to the restaurant, my younger son was there & not in Cheltenham :) he arrived last Tuesday and has been staying at my older son's flat all week. Everyone knew except me, so one very happy mummy today.:)

Hi there - just found this on an A womble:

2x ASDA Fresh Tastes Chopped Onion (225g)£0.90 £2.00

Wouldn't it be great if it compares from T's Diced Onions (225g)? Last time I was in T, I saw there were 'extra points' on some of the 3 for 2 mix and match fresh veg. packs. Probably no longer on surely?

Maybe something like this would work on Tvs A? And remember it's cheapest item "free". Don't know about how T PP would apportion the prices? Hopefully the discounts towards the Root Veg and Potatoes Wedges packs. If really lucky it could give an extra 10p on the Root Veg, but I doubt it - outside 10% weight range and slightly different product (also would want all of the 3 for 2 discount then to go to the Potatoes Wedges on the TPP) but you never know - things have glitched before. I doubt the Potato Wedges would compare to A's 90p - quite different products and weights very different.

    Fruit & Vegetables
Tesco Diced Onion (225g)£1.00* ASDA Fresh Tastes Chopped Onion (225g)45p
Tesco Fresh & Easy Root Vegetable for Mashing (720g)£1.10* ASDA Fresh Tastes Vegetables Soup Mix (600g)£1.00
    Ready Meals
Tesco Potato Wedges with Parsley Dressing (850g)£1.30* ASDA Herb Wedges (700g)90p

Those onions are cheaper for A even after the T 3 for 2 discount! But will they compare?!?

The above could give 3 items towards someone's T cond.spend shopping, on which they (you?) could test to see if it gives a little bit more without risking losing too much. A speculative 'attempt for a glitch':rotfl:.

*On 3 for 2 (cheapest 'free') in T but I've shown the full prices - wonder what TPP would apportion?

I will do. How did you know they were 1p? Were you tipped off?

Sorry, I've just been so busy this week. Not had a moment to myself. Hope all well with you and Poppy.

What's this about crisps at Sada? I want crisps.

PS. Got a little cheat for you and other Candy Crushers. I play on my Samsung S3 and on my laptop.

    1) Log into CC on your laptop. Go to main page where the map is and the spinner. Do not refresh page again. Keep it there.
    2) Open up CC on phone. Go to main page where the map is and the spinner.
    3) Spin the wheel on your phone and collect your booster.
    4) Also spin the wheel on laptop and get another booster.

That way you get 2 boosters per day instead of 1. Woohoo.
