Celery and cashew nut is yummy.

Melt a dollop of butter and a splash of olive oil, add in 2 bunches of celery (washed and chopped) and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Fry for 10mins with lid on.

Add 150g of finely chopped cashews and 2 1/2 pints veggie stock.

    Simmer for 30mins.

Blitz with a hand blender/ liquidiser

Serve with black pepper and chunky bread.

I have great fun getting people to try and guess what his soup is, no one has got it right to date!

Okay dilemma time. I dont know what type of soup to make for the week. I am sick of veg soup, I have not soaked any peas for pea and ham soup. I had leek & potato last week, and french onion the week before, so that counts them out. So far the favourite is goulash soup, but am open to suggestions, but they have to be in the next twenty mins please, as I need to get the ingredients.

Grab the blender and stick in some pizza :D

To be fair, add a little stock, and I think this could just work :)

I must admit, I have never made lentil soup, I need to look into this.

Pea and ham using mushy peas, now that sounds nice, and I think I may have one or two tis of mushy peas somewhere ;)
    Thank you.

    pea!and!ham.

    2 tins of value!mushy!peas
    1 ham!stock cube
    Hot water
Diced cooked ham gammon or bacon
Diced veg (carrot onion parsnip potato)
Cook the veg in stock and add peas and ham
    Heat gently and serve
You can use whatever veg you've got and puree the stock and veg before adding peas or leave the veg chunky

I would say its very likely. I know someone, the main reason I mainly just lurk. I find it amusing when folk rant about lurkers, assume the worst a lot of the time but I would say I read more than most that post and always refrain from asking questions I know have been answered, even though I can never find anything using search, and always end up scrolling through pages and pages and usually just don't bother trying whatever it is I wanted to try but can remember details.

Have to admit I was very tempted when one glitch was on to ask them where they found a trigger, I searched and searched and never found it. So just another thought, not everyone lurks for sinister reasons to scurry off with all the deals. Oh and I also hate loosing my place when I do post, makes my task of reading and keeping up that bit harder.

My inbox always open if you need a hand. Thousands of lurkers of different camps. Sometimes its infuriating for everyone who dedicates time and energy into finding stuff. But I guess thats life. Lots of hidden angels doing stuff That most of us never thank them for.

Lots of lurkers very shy so hello people and lots of lurkers members who dont post anymore due to the drama days.

Its a funny world on the elite cruise :rotfl:
