Just noticed the clock jump forward while in was eating my dinner  oh well at least that last hour went faster than the 4 before it
Best night of the year to be doing a night shift.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Really?
I disagree
Instead of finishing at 4 tonight, when I actually finish it will be 5 :mad:I still have to work a full 9 hour shiftHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Actually (that was quick, go to bed Savvy;):p:p:D), I do like a good clock-change (whether it's forward or back). It's just those being forced to do everything an hour early now for the next seven:eek: months that gets me. I never fully adjust to it. I think the worst bit of the week is now being able to get to the shops before 4pm closing on Sundays (not just today if needed - that will be the worst one) but every Sunday from now on in. Till they go back. I shall be waking an hour later (in other words same time GMT) than I normally do, just because it's my natural rising-time, and doubt I'll get anywhere before it's too late (on Sundays). Meeting 4pm in GMT times was bad enough:rotfl:.
Please - end of October please!! Although I'm not fond of it being dark and cold (purely from the point of view of having to heat the house and the money spent on that:eek:), I much prefer the GMT frame, it just fits in with me more and isn't so disruptive.
Congratulations/happy birthday/sorry to hear and big hugs/whatever's needed!
Bye!:wave:0 -
Ok random but have you seen the Indian restaurant post on grabbit:eek:
Funny is not the word and will definately get moved as is not a bargain.
Looks like the restaurant site got hacked:eek:

Or they take it you've had a 2 hour-long lunch instead of a one-hour?:(:( Presumably it's still 9 hours at the end of October and not 10 (greedy people:(:()?
I'm not having much success departing from this forum for the night am I?:rotfl::rotfl:
I will see you later though folks!!

I'd still work a full 9 hour shift but would finish an hour earlier.
I'd work the time between 1 and 2 twice when the clocks go back (hope that makes sense)
