    I'm afraid your first post has many inconsistencies and is not possible to understand is it does not make sense. Hence why i asked for clarification. All you have done is bang on about commission yet it would appear that no commission was payable (as that would require the adviser to be the recorded agent and the FOS agreed they were not the adviser).
