To follow on from Harrys Dad .. is she claiming everything she is entitled to?

While I understand your apprehension, I would suggest that it would be dark day indeed if we saw a creditor throw a 70 year old out of her home. Especially if she keeps making her payments regularly I would assume that this is going to continue. We haven’t heard yet if she did claim everything she’s entitled to, that would be the next option to explore.

My Aunt is getting some professional help next week and unless advised otherwise will go down the DMP road with the hopes that her creditors don't apply for a CCJ/Charging Order.

Please do not let her pay anyone for advice. The National Debtline is free and extremely helpful.

All the money she can afford should go to pay the debts, not someone skimming off the top resulting in a longer time to pay off the debts.
