    yup, that's about it. You should have no problems getting a vehicle exempted as an asset.

    Before you commit yourself, ask on here for advice as to what evidence/argument you need to present to the OR in this respect.

    And don't forget to claim for VED, insurance, servicing/repairs, fuel, etc for the car on your SOA.
    No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
  • Out of interest, how does it work? Does the OR seize the car and leave your carless and £1000less until it's sold?
    Always wondered what does someone do in the meantime in relation to travelling to work?
