I entered a comp on twitter earlier to win some e-cig juice. My partner is really into his vaping so thought it would be a perfect prize to win! even sent him the link to their website to check out their liquids. But when i re-looked at their twitter feed to see them write several mocking tweets about people who enter comps including one that personally mocks me!

If they don't want comper accounts to enter, fine, but then just say that, don't mock potential customers on Twitter. He has a business he wants to keep, presumably, so therefore he needs to learn better PR skills... He won't have one for much longer, if he continues like that :eek:

I was asked for my email address by digbyjuices and received the following email:

Firstly let me apologise. As little as that might mean to you I would like to say it anyway.

We have a couple of people here that man the twitter and Facebook pages. It goes without saying that the individual who carried out the dull minded and frankly pathetic action this afternoon has been asked to refrain from using the feeds in the future.

I personally am upset that it was done and as soon as I saw all this was tearing my hair out.

If you could please give me your partners name or order number I will ensure that a rather large vapemail heads his way. Its the least we can do to try and mend what has been done.
