I have been chased by debt collectors for Barclaycard debt - when I never had a Barclaycard! Lowell were the third and final ones to try. I have called Barclaycard myself and they have no record of me being on their system - this was showing as a default on my credit file from 2006 under Lowell Portfolio. I emailed them, explained that I have been through this before with other debt collectors, and Barclaycard don't know who I am. They emailed me their apologies, removed the default within a week and i've not heard from them since!0
