Getting prepared to apply for mortgage and bank has asked for 3 months bank statements, I stupidly went over my overdraft once in Jan by £18 for a few days (and this has been the only occasion ever), will this scupper my chances or will it be seen as the glitch it genuinely was? Application is with clydesdale bank if that helps

If your accounts are normally in good order then I dont see a few days in overdraft will affect the decision. Is the account with clydesdale as well?0

All statements are ok but it's showing on my February statement as a charge0

Has anyone else had this experience? I am really worried especially as it was genuine mistake0

Over your overdraft limit suggest you regularly use the facility. Is this the case?0
-
Unfortunately yes! My salary pays it off every month but I always go back into it0
