Rachel Simpson shoes

Has anyone splashed out on Rachel Simpson shoes? After buying a Rainbow Club pair then a Paradox pink pair Ive decided both are too uncomfortable to wear all day & splurged another £175 on the victoria shoe from Rachel Simpson.
Her shoes are so much more comfy, hope I think its worth it on the day.

Yes! I've gone for the exact same ones. I wanted something vaguely vintage-y and just didn't see anything I liked nearly as much. Have a dress fitting tomorrow so just hoping that they work!

Donner, they are so easy to walk in! I am useless in heels (live in flat boots & flip flops in summer) a 3 inch heel doesnt feel high at all in these. They really are comfy.
If you really like them try & find a stockist near you & try them on.

ZA1980, you have good taste too then lol. Im looking for a slightly vintage type of look too as my dress is tea length so they will be on full show.
Cant wait till they arrive now.

This just screams spam to me?...but anyway I find that different shoes from the same shop are not always going to be the same in comfort / shape & if you can't walk in heels - you can't walk in heels. I'd rather walk down the isle in a straight line then have flashy shows that make me walk silly. (Although I can walk in them I have seen many that can't! :( )

Personally my dress will be really long so I don't plan on spending a lot on my shoes at all that said I am a shoe person so if I fall in love with a pair I might not be able to help myself.... humm

Spam??! Really? If it was my first post then maybe, but no I am a genuine bride talking to like minded people about my wedding shoes.
Of course not all shoes from the same shop will be comfortable but the point of the Rachel Simpson shoes is that they are made to be comfy, who wants to be in agony all day at their wedding! The reason they are comfortable (for me) is that they are well made & are made from nice soft leather as opposed to hard satin like most other typical wedding shoes. Important to me as Im always in agony with shoes.
The tone of your post I think is rather aggressive & patronising, certainly not very friendly. I dont normally wear high heels & wont be on the day, 3.5 inches isnt that high I dont think & if I couldnt walk without wobbling around looking 'silly' as you say then I certainly wouldnt wear them on my wedding day for everyone to see. They dont look 'flashy' either just like a nice pair of quality shoes.

I know it's not your first which is why I was undecided, you didn't have to get aggressive about it - you say my post is but really the only line of my post that was offensive was the first so I don't no why the rant?

My point was as someone who DOES wear heels (well used to have two kids under two now ;) ) I know that even the most comfortable heels will still hurt your feet after a while ESPECIALLY if you are not used to them, even the best made shoes are still having your feet into a postion they are not used to be in / not supposed to be in - perhaps you would be 100 times less likey to get blisters but gosh the ache in your feet when you take a pair of heels of after a long night can only be solved by not wearing heels ;)

Who does want to be in agony at their wedding? Even me who loves heels - I am considering wearing flats or a very small heel.

It doesn't matter what they are made off having your feet in a certain position makes your feet kill - and I would recommend you wear flats or a smaller heel (3.5 inchs is not a small heel? Ok not the largest but not for a beginner...)

I don't know why you think my post was patronising - I thought it was quite helpful & a decent opinion, I wasn't trying to be offensive & I only used the word flashy as £200 or so to me is a lot of money and I would rather not have the worry of walking in them in a long dress I have never walked in before. I wasn't saying the shoes wouldn't look nice / classic.

And we do get a lot of 'Oh this product is so great' from newbies who have only signed up to post about their products - and yes the smart ones do make a few random posts to get their posts up, so you really shouldn't blame me for that.

I wasn't sure hence the ? mark, and the normal reply.
