Can I make quiche without cream?

I'm another one who never uses cream in a quiche - just eggs, semi skimmed milk and grated cheese. (And various bits of mushroom, fried onion, bacon or ham depending what's available. ) If you only have cheaper milder cheddar available and want more of a 'kick' , whip in a good teaspoon of dry or ready made mustard into the egg mixture.0

That probably tastes delicious, but I sling in extra eggs, a splash of whatever (fresh enough to drink in tea) milk I have and whatever the quiche is supposed to taste of.
