    Our deal ends 30th November this year so hopefully it will still be available from 1st September on wards :)

    I was having a similar panic as our fix rate ended half way through mortgage term and neither of us are currently working. They offered us a new fixed rate for 2 years... We are with natwest. Try not to get stressed about it and deal with it when the time comes.
