Prize not received advice please

I was lucky enough to win a £50 Amazon voucher at the end of February in the Travel Junction Beach Hop competition. I replied to the notification the same day and it said to allow up to 28 days for your prize. This has now reached the time and I've since emailed the competition email address and the company direct who have both ignored me.
I know it's not a huge prize, but that's a lot for me at the mo and be nice to treat myself and it's disappointing : (
What should I do now?!
