halifax mortgage! with late payments.

Submitted app to halifax for 90% ltv. Three late payments with santander as £3.52 over the overdraft of £50. Account paid and settled. Received AIP from halifax. Whats our chances if accepting mortgage app?

The word overdraft immediately sticks out. Let alone late payments.0

How much is your overdraft outstanding?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

It isnt outstanding. It was reduced to £50 as we never use the account and mcafee took a payment which pushed it to £53.52. £3.52 over the overdraft. It was the month we got married and no correspondence from santander until jan. When received letter paid the 53.52 plus £200 bank charges they had charged us in full. So account now closed and settled. Since settled doesnt seem to be on equifax at all and perfect score on experian but just paranoid they wont lend to us because of it. We both are high earners with no previous issues as always pay everything ontime and in full.0

They have removed the payments as a result of a goodwll letter!0
