Credit check will be passed at DIP stage.
 Speak to the lender beforehand.
Alternatively speak to a broker, chances are they can not recommend hsbc (unless you an independent broker rather than a whole of market or tied).I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Oh ok, so you think i would have passed a credit check then?
My only other concern in the earnings. I am self employed. Have the forms for 3 years from HRMC to say how much i earned, which i am hoping will be ok.
 Just a little worried.
 Thanks0

A mortgage is secured on a specific property, so you have to know what property you are buying in order to apply for the mortgage.

Can't ever say 100% but chances are at 5 years old they won't cause too much of a hassle with most lenders. Can't comment specifically on HSBC, as, like others have said, brokers don't have access to them.0

HSBC are notoriously picky over self employed applicants - what are your profits/earnings over those three years?I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Do all lenders need a property first?
I just wish i could go through all the checks first to clarify if i will get the mortgage.0
