Options
hi,
i need help if anybody can give me advice, i got mortgage with lloyds now it is been over two years,i wanted to remortgage my house only main reason to take my ex name out of the house and borrow extra.so i booked appointment with lloyds after taking all my details mortgage advisor give me decision of refusal due to credit score. i was bit shocked so i decided to check my credit history, register with experian but did not find anything, then i register with checkmyfile to get report and i found a CCJ on my credit file, after this i applied to court to set aside the CCJ and last week it been set aside.
now i want to do house work and want to borrow extra money from lloyds, if i apply to borrow extra for home improvement are they going to check my credit score? and what is best time to apply for remortgage after judgement set aside,i mean how long take to repair my credit file?
thanks

Difficult to comment as besides meeting the lenders criteria. Affordability will also play a significant contribution. So what's on your credit report is only part of the equation.
