HM pizza woes

A few weeks ago I made a home made pizza, making dough in the bread maker. There was leftover dough so I made two individual bases and froze them (raw).
Last week I used one of them - took it out the freezer, put toppings on, bunged it in the oven, and it came out amazingly. Rose really well, tasted great, just like fresh.
Now tonight....I used the other individual base and did EXACTLY the same as last time. It has remained flat as a pancake, has not risen/puffed up at all, and is generally rubbish
I am confused - it was exactly the same both times! What could have happened?! So disappointed tonight as I was looking forward too this pizza all day...

We make our HM pizza with toppings on them, then freeze.
Just half cook them, bout twelve minutes, cool, then freeze. Take them out frozen, and finish off, about bother 12 minutes, depending in your oven.
Best toppings, ham, mushroom and pineapple! With medium cheddar cheese! Perfect. Good luck0 -
was it a gas oven? could be the gas pressure was lower than usual and so it didn't rise.0
