Looking for a comfortable leather office chair <£40

Hi all,
I am looking to buy a comfortable, leather office chair for my OH for his birthday (in 10 days, aargh!) and have spent this afternoon scouring the Internet for the best deal. I've found several through HUKD, however most have at least one comment about the poor quality or poor comfort levels.
Could anyone point me in the direction, from personal experience, of a bargain? I'm looking to spend less than £40, nearer the £30 mark if possible.
I've found these three so far...

Obviously if anyone knows of any discount codes for the above retailers, they would be gratefully received too
Thanks!

Try viking direct, only problem is once you buy from them, they will keep contacting you with offersYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever

I second Viking Direct , i got a good chair from them. I have only had a couple of emails from them , so its no hardship!0

I've had one of the chairs you link to at Staples. It's very very light and not particularly good quality (what do you expect for <£40! :-) - the arm broke after about a year.
However, they do sell some other ones that are 4 or 5 times the price - without necessarily being 4 to 5 times the quality.
Best bet would be to go and try some out. If your OH is going to be sitting on it for a long time, it pays to spend a bit more I think!0 -
Thanks for the advice jtotheb - I'll steer clear of the Staples one then I think. Unfortunately there aren't ANY shops selling such chairs in Bath (even Argos has moved and is no longer in walking distance) and without a car, and only 10 days to get it, I'm really restricted to buying online. Hence my asking for other MSE'ers' experiences... Viking Direct seems to be the best bet at the moment!0
