TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entries must be received by 1 May 2014.

2. The prize is afternoon tea for two at The Balcon and is subject to availability. The prize must booked in advance and must be claimed by the 30th September 2014.

3. Entrants must be 18 years of age and over and residents in the UK. Proof of age may be required before the prize is dispatched.

4. The competition is not open to anyone associated with the CLEA board, employees and immediate families of Cedar Communications Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this draw.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. No cash alternative to prize will be offered and prize is not transferable.

7. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.

8. An independent person will draw the winning entry.

9. Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

10. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

11. Cedar reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

12. If prize is not claimed within three months a redraw will take place.
