Aldi Homestyle Steam Mop

I bought my first steam mop in Aldi on Sunday, thinking for £25 I've not wasted too much if I hate it - but it seems a great improvement on getting down on hands and knees and scrubbing! So far I am very pleased with my purchase - anyone else got one?

I use one every day as my job. I am a cleaner in a nursing home where one is used in a small dining room. The floor is pretend wood, I think its a type of vynal flooring. The one I use aas £30.00 from Sainsbury's, I love it because almost as soon as I have mopped an area of floor its dry, so I do not need to worry about slipping on a wet floor.
Also, I can confirm it works brilliantly on spills like juice and coffee that have been left to dry :rotfl:0 -

Steam mop taken back to shop and got a refund. First time I used it - left floor really wet. Second time - no steam!Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

I know this isn't very MSE, but I use Aldi so soft ironing water in my steamer.
We live in a hard water area and I didn't want limescale building up in it. I also like the smell when I'm cleaning the floors.
It's 89p and a bottle lasts ages.0 -
I've had three steam mops now, different brands and costs to buy
they last about three months and then they self destruct...I've given up on them
when the last one broke I took it apart to see how it worked and what had broken...and had a good laugh..what a pile of ****p it was i'm surprised it ever "cleaned" anything...
i wont be handing over any more hard earned money for such a badly designed over hyped piece of......well
