How to set up a donation page for baby helmet

Options
Hi guys i dont know if this is the right place but i thought seen as its a sort of health issue i would ask. Basically i am looking into getting my 8 month son a helmet as he has a severe flat head which has resorted in his ears being slightly lop sided. Im basically wanting to set up a page where my friends and family could make a donation towards the cost of this as the nhs will not fund it. Is there a company that i can set this up with who are trust worthy and would not take a percentage of the funds donated? Any help would be much appreciated in putting me in the right direction

I think I would just set up a basic website and a bank account with possibly the option of paypal or cheques, a bit like a charity.

    Just had a quick look
Virgin Moneygiving seems to be available for smaller causes. May be worth a read through.

Alternatively sites like crowdfunding.co.uk can work well. You just need to make a small video (done with a smartphone these days!) and offer 5 rewards. It may be worth getting in touch with them to see if the rewards could be a "baby signed" paint handprint on a thank you note, things like that.
