Somebody at Tesco likes me!

Very strange!

On my last home delivery order I got a free Edam cheese. I put it down to an internet glitch as I had added it to my basket but deleted it before checking out. The time before that I got two boxes of tampons instead of one, which I just thought was an oversight. Both times the "free" item wasn't listed on my receipt and I didn't pay for it.

Today's order trumped them all... two lamb neck fillets! Pack price £3.99, I only noticed just now because I'd shoved the whole bag into the fridge! Is some disgruntled employee giving people free gifts? Do I have a secret admirer who thinks I'm a carnivorous Dutchwoman who bleeds a lot?

Anyone got any good recipes for lamb neck?!

:rotfl: My delivery driver was lovely too. I just wish I hadn't still been in my pyjamas (he was early and I'm ill!). I think you can nominate your driver on the website and they get a bonus or a prize if enough people are impressed with their "service" ;) .

I do like my meat, I'm half Italian/quarter Native American, quarter Scottish (!), and only for five days a month! :D
