We completed our mortgage application on Saturday and the next step is the valuation.
I was just wondering if anyone knows- if the lender instructs the valuation- does that mean they're happy with our application- i.e. credit scores and documents etc or does the valuation happen regardless?

You can still be rejected at any time, regardless of the valuation being booked.0
