actually refers too ?

Are you at the top of your band? Did it used to say 'review body' and then change?0

I strongly suspect its because you aren't due any more increments so your pay isn't subject to review, but you can always call payroll if you want to clarify.0 -
So would you think Non Review means my Banding cannot be changed in any way ?Keep in your thoughts the poor Beasts of burden around the World and curse All who do them harm.0

If your trust are doing a job evaluation exercise then your Band could go either up, down or stay the same. The outcome of this won't be known until the whole process has been finished. When we went through a job evaluation the whole process took about 2 years before we found out the result.0

Lakes 17,What was the outcome of the RE Banding ? Did anyone get a pay reduction because of it ?Keep in your thoughts the poor Beasts of burden around the World and curse All who do them harm.0

Not necessarily, just that you won't go any higher as a band 4, because you're at the top.
I don't think those words on your payslip will have any reference to any re-banding or redeployments.0 -
When agenda for change came out it was meant to allow "everyone " the opportunity to advance through ALL of the bands by supporting and training the individual should they wish to progress .Keep in your thoughts the poor Beasts of burden around the World and curse All who do them harm.0

Whilst I worked for the Local Authority both myself and several of my colleagues lost out quite heavily (12% pay cut !!). This was back in 2009 and we were afforded 12mths pay protection, with our pay going down in 2010. To try and compensate they gave an extra 5 days leave for everyone (including those who weren't affected by the pay loss) only to enforce 3 days unpaid leave last year to try and balance the books!!! Whilst NHS/Trust may operate differently I know from past experience that it is a worrying time for all concerned.thebullsback wrote: »Lakes 17,What was the outcome of the RE Banding ?
