full and final settlement

I am on a DMP with CCCS and 6 of my creditors are now below £500, the lowest being £200.
I have the possibility of getting together some extra money over the next couple of months by overtime and selling some unwanted items.
I was considering offering full and final settlements to the smaller creditors one by one but have read on forums that CCCS will advise against this due to it being unfair on the other creditors.
I thought, that as I pay some off, the other creditors would get increased payments so would still be getting a proportion.
I just want to get the debts paid off as quick as possible and the number of creditors decreased asap.
Has anyone done full and final settlements one at a time whilst on a DMP? If I just put the amount earned as an extra payment to CCCS then I am not going to decrease the debts by as much.
