find a phase eight dress

Hi, hoping that someone can help me locate a phase eight dress from last year.


My daughter (the bride) brought the cobalt blue and white sleeveless dress from phase eight last year for her bridesmaids. Unfortunately one of the girls has not lost the amount of weight she hoped to and so the dress will not fit. Both the bride and bridesmaid feel bad about this, and I don't want their friendship to be ruined over a dress!


What I want to do is be able to buy another dress and use this as material to add panels so the dress will fit.


Any ideas where I could find one. So far I have tried ebay and emailed phase eight's head office. Any other suggestions gratefully received.

Could you contact Phase 8 customer services explain your issues and ask them where the fabric was sourced or if they know of a dress.

Also maybe eBay!

No, that dress is not the right one, there is one that is similar to it. That's the one we need.

We are keeping a watch on eBay already and I am awaiting a reply from the phase eight customer services.

If all else fails could the bridesmaid corordinate rather than match.

Have you tried an outlet place? Like Cheshire oaks / mcaurthur Glen / Freeport type of places. I don't know if they do phase 8 but they have lots of different shops. Iv rung one before & theyve posted me a dress in my size.

No idea what the dress looks like, but does it have panels to make it fit? If so, try to get a similar block colour and go to a dressmaker, who could add panels. Same dress, just custom made. Otherwise, good luck with ebay and phase eight.

Maybe if you post a picture of the correct dress on here then if any of us come across it we could send you the link?

If it can't be found would she be able to wear a dress just in cobalt blue? Without knowing the details of the wedding I don't know if it would work or not.

Phase eight have contacted me and having had a rummage around the warehouse have managed to find me a dress.
