Hi all,
I currently work for the NHS as an Assistant team leader in a team for adults with learning disabilities I have worked for my trust for 6 1/2 yrs initially as a support worker then 2 yrs ago got promoted to my current position I used to get quite alot from my job but now I am fairly bored I stay because it pays reasonably or did when I worked full time my wage was £16799 basic then enhanced hours made extra however since having ds2 I am going back part time and will now earn £11200 pa I am beginning to loathe my job I always wanted to be a midwife but tbh I now just feel that I am at a loss with the NHS and all the red tape has peed me off.
So I want to retrain as something else but what I don't know does anyone know of any job matching sites that can tell you from your interests etc what you may be suited to I am very good with maths puzzles so thought of accountancy but don't know what you need for it or anything else.
I feel a bit lost at the minute I have often gone through periods of this but then been too scared to leave I have good employee benefits with NHS but feel like I am going nowhere fast and with another 40yrs in work at least I should do something I enjoy I don't mind retraining but I am just lost.
