House Valuation

Good evening
Over the last 18 months i have been improving the interior / exterior of the house. I am at the stage where i have ripped out the main bathroom and gutted the room.
I am going to put a extension on using the bathroom as a hallway through to new extension.
My main question is when i get my house valuation will this take into account that it will be used for extension or will it be classed as a unfinished bathroom?
I do have another bathroom upstairs which is fully working with a en-suite in master bedroom.
