    got a 4 pack in sainsburys last week for £9 bargain They should have been £30 they were 70% off just got to get new pillow protectors then I will swap them all.

    I dont want to sound like one of those pillocks who professes to know everything....

    but, please ... buy good pillows!

    You spend a third of your life in bed, it should be comfortable. I will happily spend £100 on a good pillow that will last for 5 years, giving the same level of comfort for a loooong period - that works out at £20 a year!

    Dont go for cheap, crappy pillows... invest in you!

    If you go for a top quality memory foam (£80 ish) the foam is dense enough to stop the bugs getting in

    clearly you are taking the !!!!... and I don't mind that.

    but once you've slept on a £100-£150 pillow you know the difference... thats all I'm saying.
