Stopping childcare vouchers - advice please

Hi. My son will be going to school in september and unfortunately the before and after school club he will be going to does not accept childcare vouchers. Therefore I am going to have to stop taking them on my current salary sacrifice arrangement. I used the net pay calculator on this site and it suggested I would only take home £14 more per month in my pay by giving up my £243 childcare vouchers which are currently deducted from my salary. I appreciated that I would not see the full £243 increase in my salary due to the tax and ni relief but did not anticipate not seeing any of it at all. Can anyone explain why this might be the case???
