Co-operative Cashminder Account

I highly recommend Co-operative from my experience this morning. I have spoken to someone in customer services this morning, who was excellent, and she passed me through to the account opening department; both women were amazing friendly and helpful, even when I explained the circumstances of everything.
Even though I'm meant to apply by post only for the Cashminder, she said she'd be naughty and do it online with me as I was wanting to open an instant access savings account as well (so that I had somewhere to help me with my budgeting). She's completed the account switching service this morning, and it will all go through on 1st April. What a relief. What fantastic customer service. :T
