It was 8 months and they do need to give me a reason. I wasn't on probation therefore they have to follow the correct disciplinary procedure and can't just sack me - which they did so that isn't an issue anyway.
And Phil that's fair enough. I'm pretty !!!!!!ed here aren't I? Lol
No, they do not need to give you a reason as the law says that you can't take it to a tribunal if you are dismissed in the first two years; except for certain situations and this is not one of those.Sanctimonious Veggie. GYO-er. Seed Saver. Get in.0
