company holds salary sacrifice for 3-4 weeks

I currently have a company pension and opt for salary sacrifice.

I get paid on or just before the 1st of the month, however my company takes between 3-4 weeks before depositing the funds in my pension.

Are there any laws or requirements that state how long between the date of sacrifice and deposit into the employees pension should be?

Obviously at 3-4 weeks this equates to a fair amount of interest the company are gaining and I potentially am losing.

Appreciate anyone with any info on this.

I think i'm right in saying the company need to send the schedule of payments by the 19th of the following month.

Then the funds need to be purchased and this can take another 7-10 working days.
