Discharge date

How will I find out when I have been discharged
My due date was the 19th and I've heard nothing at all

    I don't think you get a letter I didn't! If you go on the insolvency service website and search under your name etc you should be able to see your discharge date. Hope this helps?

    Yes, search for yourself here:

    http://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/

    When you find yourself in the list of result, your surname in that list is a clickable link. Click on that and it should take you to full details, including whether you are discharged or not and the date of discharge.

    AD is automatic unless you hear otherwise, so you should be listed as discharged.
