Valuation

hi sorry, im very new to this. so apologies if there is a thread for this.
we applied for our mortgage, received an Offer in principle. made an offer on a place, accepted, finished mortgage application, and weve received a date of this coming tuesday that our valuation takes place.
my question is , is this an indication, that they will offer us a mortgage , providing the valuation goes well?

thanks in advance

Depends on the lender but generally speaking if you've applied for a mortgage and the lender has instructed a valuation; then you're likely to be offered a mortgage should the valuation come back agreeable.

    Good luck.
