I've lived in Haringey for most of the 12 years I lived in London, muswell Hill, Crouch end, etc.
When I went to buy in 2010 I bought in Turnpike Lane as I couldn't afford the aforementioned areas. According to a recent valuation, the flat has gone up over 25 percent since we bought it,not just breaking but smashing through the 3 percent stamp duty threshold. CCrazy0
