That awkward moment when you type in your postcode and try to check stock in your local store and it recommends Belfast for in-store pick up. We live near Leicester.

I managed to place an order yesterday, went to collect this afternoon after receiving a confirmation of my order only to get there and be told that they only had one item out of 6 that I had reserved. Not happy

I too placed an order had email @ 9.20am to say order ready for collection arrived 15 minutes later and told only one item in stock, said staff had looked for the items but couldn't find them, wondered if they'd seen the bargains and kept them themselves, why did they say items ready for collection if not there, wasted journey:(

reserved one set of pool steps and a pool cleaning set @ 96p each and a few other bits, never expected to get them. DH picked them up and grabbed another couple of pool steps for the neighbours. All from the Sheffield store :-)
