I'm giving advice to no-one.
I'm providing information.
If the Government's controls are sufficiently lax that it provides equity loans to those with a level of deposit sufficient to purchase the chosen property, or to those who do not have indefinite leave to remain in the country, it is not my place on here to deny them factual information which can be found practically anywhere.

This taxpayer backed scheme was not intended for such cases.
Don't think Kingstreet ever gives advice, just shares information - which is really appreciated by many.0 -

I agree kingstreet gives very good info on here.
However it's a shame that people have to look for loopholes in these schemes. It ruins them for the people they are actually intended for.0 -
My personal views never form part of my posts on here, but I'd be disappointed if you somehow view my willingness to provide information as an endorsement of the workings of the scheme.

There are plenty of loop holes and I'm afraid the scheme is typical of any scheme run by Government. They live in a bubble and really have no idea how to set up a scheme which is watertight from abuse.
KS does give great info as you know and never posts personal views which TBH on a public forum and something that people don't make money from I wish they did give personal opinions sometimes especially on things that are clearly morally wrong although I kinda understand why they don't..0
