Being paid to buy products

I've just come across this blog post, which seems to say if I order a cheap Mother's Day gift on Adelbrook's site and write a review they will give me £5 back - not sure if postage is taken into account or not but it still seems a good deal to me.

It seems to be money off vouchers. More you spend the bigger the voucher. It's not just £5 back. Plus it says a positive review. Obviously no company wants bad reviews but it does mean reviews are likely to be somewhat fake. If people have any issues, but not enough to put them off (otherwise they obviously wouldn't want the vouchers) they may ignore the bad points in order to gain money off which is useless to potential customers wanting honest reviews.
