random question - giant cupcakes

I want to make my Mum a giant cupcake for her 'big' birthday but wanted to be able to make it on the Sunday , my Dad is collecting it on Monday and her birthday is on the Tuesday but I don't seem to be able to find a big enough tin, container, box to put it in ?? any ideas anyone ??

Have you got a cake making shop near you? They'd probably have the big cardboard ones for sale. Amazon have them in various sizes.

Most supermarkets sell cake boxes. As you're making a giant cupcake, you'll need to make the height taller. Get some card, and add extra height to the sides of the bottom box. Cut the card to the size of the sides of the box, and staple them in place. My friend who has a cake business does this when she makes tall cakes.0
