Natwest can't locate my account!

I have a defaulted current account with natwest with an unpaid overdraft of £1250. After looking at my credit report Natwest are still reporting the debt to the credit scoring agencies, the most recent report coming this month. However, when I contact natwest to get the account details so I can add it to my DMP they cannot find me on the system. I have spoken to numerous people on the phone and I have spoken to someone in branch. How can I get the details of this account?
Cheers.
Cheers.

Is it still a Natwest account or have they passed the debt on to a collection agency? It's possible they closed the account and sold the debt on. What does it say on your credit report? It should show you there who the creditor is.It all takes time and time is money,
money talks and talk is cheap.

Hi,
Have you had any demands for payment from a DCA or anyone else in regards to this account ? approx. how old is the debt ?

Or write back complaining they should not be reporting a default if they have no proof that your account defaulted, or even that you had one.:beer:0
