sooo annoyed , had mortgage application in since 28/02 gave all docs requested proof of deposit last friday 7th march which were sent the next day. have phoned every day this week and been told all docs rcvd and it was just waiting on underwriters picking it up phoned today - they were just waiting on my proof of deposit ....

emmm naw that was sent last week!!!!!!!!!!!

so now im at the back of the que AGAIN which is 5 days long..... due to exchange on 17/04 !!!!!!!!! what a joke!!

    Frustrating, but you are still three weeks off of exchange.

    Have your broker chase them regularly and keep you updated.

    If valuation has not been done, that needs to be happening now.

    im in scotland so no valuation required had home report checked and natwest confirmed o.k with that. just doesnt ever leave you alot fo time to organise things .. pain but im hoping its not much longer.

    i have but nothing they can do they said as they have sent the stuff and raised it with a manager in natwest but nothing. i know for a fact the documents will end up back in the 3-5 day que they have ... so frustrating. broker knows i am not happy.

    the underwriter says she has asked her manager if they can look out for the documents as shes now off untill wednesday but they say takes 48 hours to scan documents on so they might not show now untill next week. not sure theres anything else i can do.
