Themed evening meal for 2

It is mine and mr Bubblebaths 8 anniversary.Not much in the budget for going out so have decided to have a night out but in.Thinking of a theme is driving me mad thought of james bond .Could do cocktails both put on our sunday best .But what would we eat ( will have go at cooking anything ) .And would like to dress the table nicley but am not very creative .P.s planning to this on Saturday 14 th so have a little time to get bits and bobs .cheers:o
