Free iPod music transfer VS iTunes

Feel so boring or tried to move music between PC, iTunes, iOS devices with iTunes.

1.Sometime don't success to transfer non-purchased songs to iTunes.
2.Don't transfer iTunes library to new computer, don't backup iPhone, iPod music to PC, anothers devices.

.
I think I should find some tools to replace or assist iTunes.

How about this one, PhonTunes from kiwigeeker.com, i google and figure out the freeware. Or do you have something to recommend.
