IE Crashing

Every time I post a comp with a link in it and click on submit IE closes and then reopens saying a problem occurred and then I have to reopen MSE, if I have 3 or 4 pages open it closes them as well.
If I use chrome I don't have a problem, I would rather use IE as it is a bit quicker when posting a load of comps.
Anybody got a solution please.
Cheers JDP

I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus

I'm guessing you've tried restarting the computer totally?
Is it just happening with MSE? If so, might be worth emptying the cache (info your browser stores from each website you visit).
Sounds like a pain, though

if you've installed any comping/survey spyware uninstall or disable it
disable addons (ie, tools, manage addons)
scan with malwarebytes
cleanup temp files with ccleaner
if it continues, reset ie to defaults under tools, internet options, advanced
if it still continues post a hijackthis log in the techie forum
try avast free if you have no virus scanner.!!

This has happened to me a fair bit too an it's irritating, I know.
I also find that if I use the smaller Search box on the right at the top of just the comp list it does the same. Not all the time, and fine in the main forum search at the top.Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0
